I was recently talking to my friend Shivesh and he told me he had blog called https://shiveshkv.space

i decided to check it out and boy was it amazing !

It has amazing recipes and great eye-opening posts like "Let's talk paper" and "Raw Mango Chammanti". 

He has an interesting and educated perspective on modern issues like paper wastage and pollution. For example, many people consider metal as a saviour during these times because it lasts long. but as Shivesh rightly said. metal takes a long time to make and a lot waste and pollution is created. I tried implementing his ideas and it makes my life wayy greener and cleaner.
